My area is not listed on your areas page but would love to have a party, are you still able to help? It would depend on where you are as to whether we can help. Please contact us. What days of the week are parties available? 7 days of the week except for Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day. How far in advance should I book? It is advisable to book your party as early as possible to avoid disappointment, especially if it is a weekend day that you require although as we do sometimes have late availability you may be lucky enough to book as at short notice.. Do you charge more on a bank holidays? No. Is there an age limit on your parties? It really depends on the party you would like. Our party packages have been specifically designed for girls & boys of varying ages from 3-17yrs How many of my friends can I have? It depends on the type of party booked - Some parties have a minimum and maximum number. Do I have to pay a deposit? Yes. A deposit of £40 is required to secure all bookings and must be paid at the time of booking. How do I book a party? To book a party please contact us on 01303 892684. Do you accept credit cards? Yes. Please visit our Booking and Payment page How long do your parties last? Depending on the party type and how many guests you have, anything from 1-3hrs. Do you colour hair? Yes but it is temporary colour and washes out. On lighter hair the colour may take more than one wash. My daughter would like a party but she wants a bit from each party. Are your parties set packages or can I mix and match.? Yes. Travel charges are charged on all parties and are purely based on mileage and the time it takes for us to travel to the locality given at the time of booking. I have seen an entertainer before and my child would like to the same entertainer is this possible? Yes of course but this will be subject to availibilty. My child would like a party that you do not have listed will you still be able to help? Yes of course we will so long as the party s within our capabilities. I have seen another entertainer cheaper elsewhere but i like what you offer will you price match? We are unable to price match as our parties are unique and we offer different service to other companies. Why should i book your company rather than other competitors? We have been established since 1999 so we will plan to offer our services or many years to come We are a full time Ltd company and not a part time hobbyist We run approx 1000 parties a year We only recruit staff that are passionate about their roles and who put the performance and children's enjoyment before the money. All of our office staff are experienced entertainers so they can accurately advise you on booking We will not just take your booking for money, we will only take your booking if we know we can fulfil your requirements and ensure you get the best value for money and the best entertainment. All of our staff hold a full enhanced CRB disclosure We have 5million public liability insurance All of our equipment is pat tested How do i choose an entertainment company? ( here is our advice on choosing a good entertainer) Make sure that you ask the company you are calling all the questions you need answering and mention any concerns that you have, a good entertainment company will not find your questions daunting and will be happy to assist you in anyway they can. A professional entertainment company will be available to answer your calls during office hours, they will have a landline telephone listed. Ask friends for recommendations, or look for reviews online Go with your gut instinct if you do not trust the person you are speaking to or they appear informative then maybe they are not the company for you ask for testimonials or if they can provide you with details of other customers or organisations that are willing to give you some feedback Most good companies will charge you a deposit but will never ask for full payment up front, we would advise you against paying the full balance up front. Is it possible to see a party before i book ? Unfortunately due to privacy and safety of children at customers parties we are unable to to let you attend any private parties. We are happy to give you details of any public events that we are attending. My Child has a disability are the entertainers trained or experienced working with children with different disabilities? Many of our entertainers have experience working with disabled children, We regularly work for organisations for the disabled see our community work page for details. Our company founded has an autistic child and fully understands autistic spectrum disorders. I would like someone to sign language at my party is this possible? Yes we can provide someone to sign language, we have a flexi member of staff that is not only an experienced entertainer but is also hard of hearing and uses sign language.
